10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I needed a junk removal for a client of ours and came across Junk Boys and YES!! They are incredible! They were very quick in responding back and affordable!
Junk removal in Charlotte, priced before we lift.
Kevin and the crew look at the pile, give you one flat number, and haul it the same visit. Same-day slots are often open, and nothing gets loaded until you say yes.
Kevin calls back within the hour, Mon–Sat 7–7. In a hurry? Text a photo and get a number back fast.

Who shows up
The owner is on the truck. So is a crew that can carry a sectional down a stairwell.
Kevin started Junk Boys Removal with one truck and a phone number, and he still answers both. There's no dispatcher, no franchise office in another state, and nobody who has to check with a manager before giving you a price.
What's changed is that he's not doing it alone anymore. A second pair of hands on every job means the heavy stuff, the second-floor stuff, and the whole-house stuff gets done in one visit instead of two.
- One number, answered by the person doing the work
- The price you're quoted is the price you pay
- Swept clean before we pull off, every job
- Insured. Property managers and GCs can request the COI before the first job

What we take
If you can point at it, we can probably load it.
Residential and commercial. One item or a whole property. We do the lifting, the loading, the sweep-up, and the disposal run. Every service has its own page with photos, pricing and answers.
Garage Cleanout
Years of "we'll deal with it later" cleared in a single visit, with the floor swept when we're done.
Furniture Removal
Couches, sectionals, dressers, dining sets.
Estate Cleanout
A whole house, on a deadline, handled with some care.
Construction Debris Removal
Drywall, tear-off, cabinets, flooring and packaging pulled off the jobsite on your schedule, so the next trade isn't waiting on a dumpster.
Commercial Junk Removal
Warehouses, retail resets, office clear-outs and loading-dock debris.
Hoarding Cleanout
Handled patiently, without judgment, at whatever pace the household needs.
Yard Debris Removal
Branches, brush, fence panels, pavers, dirt and old landscaping cleared off the property and run to the mulch yard, not the landfill.
Electronics Recycling
TVs, monitors, computers, printers and the drawer of dead cables.
Light Demolition
Sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, above-ground pools and interior tear-outs.
Also: Hot tub removal · Shed removal · Deck removal · Above-ground pool removal · Foreclosure cleanout · Contractor overflow hauling · Mattress removal · Appliance removal · Water heater removal · Storm debris removal · Office furniture removal · Retail fixture removal.
What we can't take: hazardous waste, asbestos-containing material, wet paint, chemicals, fuel and propane tanks. Not sure what you've got? Call and describe it. We'll tell you straight and point you to who can.
How pricing works
You pay for the space you fill. Pick a load and see the number.
The truck holds 15 cubic yards. We price by how much of it your load fills, plus the labor to get it there. A full truck runs $550. Multi-truck jobs, demolition and heavy loads are quoted on site. Either way you get the exact number before anything is loaded, and if the pile is smaller than it looked, the price goes down, not up.
A packed garage bay, a small deck tear-out, or a single-room cleanout.
Fills about 50% of the 15-yard truck.
The middle sizes are guides, not fixed rates. Your exact number is confirmed on site, free, before anything is loaded. Cash, card, Zelle or invoice, paid after the job once you've seen the space. No charge to have us come out and look.
How it goes
Three steps, one visit.
Send the form or call
Tell us what you've got and where it is. Kevin calls back within the hour with a ballpark. A photo over text works too.
We show up and price it
We look at the actual load, give you the flat price on the spot, and wait for your yes. No surprise add-ons after the fact.
It's gone
We load, sweep the space, and haul it out. Usable furniture goes to donation, metal and electronics to recycling, and only what's left to the transfer station.
Recent jobs
Our own trucks, our own jobs.
Real work around Charlotte. Every load on this page went out on our truck.

Residential cleanout
Charlotte. Household goods, totes and yard clutter cleared and swept in one visit.

Commercial pallet removal
Warehouse, recurring. Dock debris cleared and run straight to the recycling yard.

Tree & log haul-off
Storm work. Trunk sections too heavy to move by hand, ground into mulch instead of landfilled.

Retail fixture removal
Store reset. Counters and shelving pulled out so the contractor could keep working.

Warehouse crate removal
Loading dock. Crates and dunnage cleared so the bay was back in use the same day.

Same visit, swept
The walkway and side yard after the residential cleanout above. This is what done looks like.

Get us on your calendar instead of your to-do list.
One number, one invoice, no re-explaining the job every time. If hauling is the thing slowing your crew or your closing down, we'll take it off the list.
Contractors & remodelers
Drywall, tear-off, cabinets, flooring and packaging pulled off the site on your schedule, so the next trade isn't waiting on a dumpster.
Realtors & property managers
Tenant leave-behinds, foreclosure clears, estate properties. Discreet, scheduled around showings, photographed when done.
Other haulers
Booked solid or the load's bigger than your truck? We'll take the overflow and hand the customer back to you. No poaching.
- Certificate of insurance sent to your office before the first job

- Standing weekly or per-turnover scheduling
- Photo confirmation when the property is clear

Kevin and his team are PHENOMENAL and very professional. He has awesome rates and is fair. Quick efficient removal and left the areas clean/clear. He has made my day way better because I can now see what I have left to do without the junk!
Have dealt with alot of junk removal companies in the past and this is by far the most easy to deal with and most reasonably priced, The owner Kevin was great at communication and provided everything that was promised.

Common questions
Before you call.
How much is this going to cost me?
It depends on how much of the truck you fill. A single item starts at $125. A full 15-yard truck runs $550. Multi-truck jobs, demolition and heavy loads are quoted on site. Either way we tell you the exact number before anything gets loaded, and if the pile turns out smaller than it looked, the price comes down.
How do I pay, and when?
After the job is done and you've seen the space, never before. Cash, card, Zelle and invoice are all fine. Businesses can be set up on net-30 terms.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If everything's outside, in a garage, or accessible, we can quote from photos over text and handle it while you're at work. We'll send confirmation when it's done.
Can you get it out of the basement or the second floor?
Yes. Stairs, tight turns, and heavy items are the normal job, not the exception. Tell us on the call so we bring the right hands and straps.
What happens to everything after you take it?
Usable furniture and appliances go to donation where we can place them, metal goes to recycling, and only what's left goes to the transfer station.
Do you work with contractors and property managers?
Regularly. Renovation debris, tenant turnovers, foreclosure clears and overflow work for other haulers. Standing schedules and invoicing are both fine. Call and we'll set it up.
Will you take TVs, computers and old electronics?
Yes. TVs, monitors, computers, printers and office equipment all go to certified electronics recycling rather than the landfill. Most transfer stations won't take them at all.
How small a job will you take?
One item is a job. A single mattress, one recliner, a dead water heater. Some of our best customers started with one couch.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability, and we'll send the certificate to any property manager or GC who needs it on file.
