Do I have to empty the shed first?
No. Point at what stays and we'll set it aside. Everything else leaves with the shed.
What if there's a concrete slab?
We can break and haul it, quoted separately, or leave it as a pad for the next shed. Your call.
How long does it take?
A standard 8x10 wood or metal shed with contents is usually two to three hours including the haul.
How is shed removal priced?
Flat, quoted on site or from photos. Size, material, contents and access set the number. Demolition isn't on the standard truck-fill sheet.
Can you take a shed that's already fallen down?
Yes, and it's often cheaper because the demolition is done. Send a photo and we'll give you a number the same hour.
What about gas, oil and old paint inside?
Fuel, propane tanks and wet paint can't go on the truck. Dry paint cans, empty fuel cans and dead mowers can. We'll tell you what to set aside.
