Construction Debris Removal Charlotte
Drywall, tear-off, cabinets, flooring and packaging pulled off the jobsite on your schedule, so the next trade isn't waiting on a dumpster.
Get a construction debris removal price
Fill this out and Kevin calls you back, usually within the hour. He'll give you a ballpark on the phone, then confirm the exact flat price on site before anything is loaded. No charge to have us come look.

How it goes
For a remodel, a dumpster is a week of driveway you can't use and a permit you don't want.
We come when the debris is ready, load it from wherever the crew stacked it, and leave. Standing pickups for active jobs, one-off hauls for the ones that got away from you. Kevin's on the truck, so the person quoting the load is the one loading it.

How it goes
Three steps, one visit.
Send the form or call
Tell us what you've got and where it is. Kevin calls back within the hour with a ballpark. A photo over text works too.
We show up and price it
We look at the actual load, give you the flat price on the spot, and wait for your yes. No surprise add-ons after the fact.
It's gone
We load, sweep the space, and haul it out. Donation and recycling first, transfer station last.
What we take
What we take on a construction debris removal job.
- Drywall, plaster and lath
- Lumber, trim, doors and windows
- Cabinets, countertops and vanities
- Flooring, carpet, tile and underlayment
- Roofing tear-off and siding
- Packaging, pallets and jobsite trash
- Brick, block and small concrete loads (quoted by weight)
What we can't take: hazardous waste, asbestos-containing material, wet paint, chemicals, fuel and propane tanks. If you're not sure, describe it on the phone and we'll tell you straight.
How pricing works
Construction debris removal is quoted by the job, not by the truck.
Kevin walks the job (or looks at your photos), tells you the price, and waits for your yes. It doesn't change once we start, and if it takes less than we thought, it goes down.
- Free walk-through or photo quote, no charge to come look
- Labor, disposal fees and the haul are all in the one number
- Multi-truck jobs quoted as one job, not per load
- Paid after the work, once you've seen the space. Cash, card, Zelle or invoice
- Net-30 for contractors, property managers and other haulers

Common questions
Construction Debris Removal questions, answered.
How is construction debris priced?
Heavy loads (tile, concrete, roofing, plaster) are quoted by weight and access, not by the standard truck-fill sheet. Light demo debris usually fits the truck-fill tiers. Either way you get a flat number before we load.
Can you come on a schedule?
Yes. Weekly or per-phase pickups for active remodels. One number, one invoice, no re-explaining the job.
Do you need us on site?
No. Stack it where we can get to it and text us. We'll send a photo when it's clear.
What can't go?
Asbestos-containing material, wet paint, chemicals, fuel and propane. If you're unsure about old floor tile or pipe wrap, tell us before we come.
Do you offer net terms?
Net-30 for GCs and remodelers, with the certificate of insurance sent to your office before the first job.
