Anything that comes apart with hand and power tools and doesn't hold the house up: sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, pools, cabinets, flooring, non-structural walls. We don't do structural work, foundations, or anything that needs an engineer or a permit inspection.
For a shed, deck, fence or hot tub, usually not in Mecklenburg County, but some HOAs and towns want notice. If your job needs one, we'll tell you on the walk-through and it stays your call whether to pull it.
By the job, not by the truck. We look at what's coming down, how it's built, and how much debris it makes, then give you one flat number on site before we start. Demolition and heavy loads aren't on the standard truck-fill sheet because a small deck can weigh more than a full truck of household junk.
Footings we pull. Slabs we can break and haul, quoted separately, or leave in place if you're building on it again. Tell us what's going there next and we'll set it up for that.
