The short version of how a job works.

Quotes. Ballparks given by phone or from photos are estimates. The price you pay is the flat price we agree on site before anything is loaded. If the load turns out smaller than expected, the price goes down. If you add items after we've quoted, we'll quote the additions before loading them.

Payment. Due when the job is done, by cash, card, Zelle or invoice. Business accounts may be set up on net-30 terms by arrangement.

What we can't take. Hazardous waste, asbestos-containing material, wet paint, chemicals, fuel and propane tanks. If we find these in a load we'll set them aside and tell you who can handle them.

Access and safety. You're responsible for telling us about anything we should know before we arrive: gas lines, live electrical, pests, structural issues. We may decline or reschedule work we can't do safely.

Disposal. Items we haul become ours to donate, recycle or dispose of. Tell us before we load anything you want back.

Insurance. We carry general liability insurance. A certificate is available on request.

Scheduling. Same-day and next-day slots depend on availability. If we can't make a window we'll call you as early as we can.
