Can you work directly with the realtor or attorney?
Yes. Most estate jobs are booked by an agent or an executor who isn't local. We'll walk it with whoever has the key, quote it, and send photos when each room is done.
What if we haven't sorted anything yet?
That's normal. Tell us what categories to set aside (papers, photos, anything with a name on it) and we'll pull those as we go. You don't have to be there for every box.
How is an estate cleanout priced?
Flat for the whole job, quoted after a walk-through. Big houses take more than one truck, and we'd rather give you one number for the house than a per-load surprise. Estate and hoarding jobs aren't on the standard truck-fill sheet.
Do you donate things?
Everything usable that a local donation partner will take. You get the receipt for the estate.
How fast can you clear a house?
A typical three-bedroom is one to two days. Larger or heavier houses, two to three. Give us the closing date and we'll work backward from it.
